Design features

The valve is connected to the pipeline by welding or flange, and the hand wheel is rotated manually. Driven by Trapezoidal Thread: the valve stem drives the valve top to form a sealing pair with the valve seats at both ends of the valve body, and cuts off one of the ways respectively, or the valve top is in the middle position, then both ends are in the connected state
The valve is a manual low-temperature stop valve, which is characterized by:

1. The valve body is a pipe fitting assembly welding or precision casting, and the transmission mechanism is a hidden rod transmission mechanism inside the valve, so the structure is more reasonable

2. The sealing surface is a plane seal, which makes the seal more reliable;

3. The valve top is a screw sleeve locking plate, which is convenient for assembly and replacement

4. The valve is sealed with a new packing structure and an internal and external plastic O-ring, which can achieve zero external leakage under a very small compression force; the handwheel operation switch is easy and flexible.
